DMCA Policy for Cheesy Bacon Potato Salad

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing content.
DMCA Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you have the right to submit a DMCA counter-notification. For your counter-notification to be valid, it must substantially comply with the following requirements:
- Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific URL(s) of the material that Cheesy Bacon Potato Salad has removed or to which access has been disabled.
- Statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not inform us that they have filed a court action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
